A full spectrum doula is a holistic doula who provides pregnancy, labor, parturition, and postpartum care, and breastfeeding support. Services are provided as follows:
- Services to support pregnant mothers, improve birth outcomes, and support new mothers and families with cultural specific prenatal, perinatal and postpartum services, referrals and advocacy.
- To advocate for and support physiological birth, breastfeeding, and parenting for the client.
- To support the pregnancy, labor, and birth by providing emotional and physical support with traditional comfort measures and educational materials, as well as assistance during the transition to parenthood in the initial postpartum period through home visits.
- Empower pregnant women and new mothers with evidence-based information to choose best practices for birth, breastfeeding, and infant care.
- To provide support to the laboring mother, partner, and family until the birth of the baby.
- To refer the clients to their health care provider for medical advice for care outside of the doula scope of practice.
- Work as a member of the client’s multidisciplinary team.
- Offer evidence-based information on infant feeding, emotional and physical recovery from childbirth, and other issues related to the postpartum period.
The Rose Quartz Birth

- 4 Prenatal Visits (1-2 hours per visit).

The Black Onyx Birth
Can help give a mother-to-be stamina and strength to ensure a quick and easy childbirth. In fact, in many cultures, women in labor are often given bags of onyx crystals to hold while they are in labor to help relieve pain and speed the delivery.
- 2-3 Prenatal Visits (1-2 hours per visit).

- Assist with your labor starting at home, then continued labor support at hospital/birth center (unless birthing at home).
- 4 Postpartum Visits.

The Amethyst Birth
This crystal is believed to offer protection and stability, purification, release tension, relieve physical and emotional pain.
- 2 prenatal visits (1-2 hours per visit).
- Continued labor support at hospital/birth center (unless birthing at home).
- 3 Postpartum Visits.
The Aquamarine Birth
A highly protective crystal during pregnancy. It helps to guard both mother and baby against harm. Aquamarine also provides peace and inner calmness to help soothe your mind. It’s the perfect crystal to wear from trying to conceive all the way through to childbirth.
- 1 Prenatal Visit (1-2 hours per visit).
- Continued labor support at hospital/birth center (unless birthing at home)
- 2 Postpartum Visits.
The Turquoise Birth (C-section Package)
Many use this crystal to protect the unborn baby. It is also thought to help reduce Braxton-Hicks contractions.
- 1 Pre-natal visit.
- Meet at hospital within 30 minutes of your scheduled procedure.
- 2 Postpartum Visits (3-4 hours per visit, maximum 12 hours per week).
*Additional postpartum visits as outlined in the Rose Quartz & Black Onyx Births included if C-section was unplanned).
Baby Care Basics at Home
Five Post-Partum Sessions Only
*Additional Postpartum visits are provided for a fee with an additional fee added for overnight visits. Postpartum visits are discounted with the Rose Quartz & Black Onyx Births, as well as the Baby Care Basics at Home. Postpartum visits are available up to the baby’s 3-month birthday.
Virtual Doula Services
Questions about medical interventions, birth options, assistance with a birth plan, herbal therapies, ect.? All can be answered during a virtual doula session if you are unsure if you would like to hire a doula and would simply like assistance on basic topics online.
